Wyoming Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Program
Williams Underwriting Group (WUG) is pleased
to announce real estate errors and omissions coverage in 2012 for all
Wyoming licensees, is now available.
What you will need to enroll on-line:
- Individual Wyoming Real Estate License Number. (If new licensee,
license number not required to enroll.)
- Wyoming Firm Real Estate License Number (not Tax ID number) if enrolling a
Corporation, Partnership or LLC.
- If you require certification to other State Mandated Insurance Programs
you will need License Number(s) for each state.
- You must hold an active individual Wyoming real estate
license to purchase the appraisal endorsement. You must also hold and
maintain an active Wyoming real estate license for coverage to apply.
- Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
- Non-Resident Licensees - Coverage under this program only applies to
real estate activities occurring in Wyoming.
If you are the Broker you must have Individual coverage and,
as an additional option, may also
purchase separate coverage for your Firm if it is a Corporation, LLC, or
partnership.
NOTICE:
- All premiums are fully earned (no refunds) once coverage
goes into effect.
- By enrolling online, you agree that there
will be a $5.00 online convenience fee added to your premium.
