COLORADO REAL ESTATE LICENSEE ERRORS AND OMISSIONS ENROLLMENT

What you will need to enroll on-line:  

• Individual Colorado Real Estate License Number.  (If new licensee, license number not required to enroll.)
• Entity Colorado Real Estate License Number (not Tax ID number) if enrolling a Corporation, Partnership or LLC.  NOTE:  Your Entity number is found on the upper left corner of the Responsible Broker License.
• Secretary Of State ID number if you are a new entity.
• If you require certification to other State Mandated Insurance Programs you will need License Number(s) for each state.
• Individuals that hold only an Appraisers License are not eligible for coverage.
• Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
• By enrolling online you agree that there will be a $5.00 online convenience fee added to your premium.
• Non-Resident Licensees - Coverage under this program only applies to real estate activities occurring in Colorado.
• Premium is fully earned when coverage goes into effect.  There are no refunds.

If you are the Responsible Broker you must have Individual and Entity coverage.  If you are a Sole Proprietor / Trade Name, only individual coverage is required.
